Fuchsbau is on the top floor of Haus Tramontana in Gaschurn, in the inner Montafon. The bus stop is 30 metres in front of the house; one stop further on, the Versettlabahn takes you up into the Silvretta Montafon ski area.
In summer the hiking trails into the Garnera valley start right in the village, and via Partenen you can head up to the Silvretta High Alpine Road and the Bielerhöhe. After an active day, you can unwind under the wooden roof.
